Matt always wanted to do sports broadcasting but the path he took didn’t seem like he would have got their, then one day he was going to NFL Draft Town to watch the 2016 NFL Draft when he decided to text the number that the train ad  for IMS said so he could get information on the school. Once they call him back he took a tour and knew it was the perfect fit for him to finally pursue his dream of sports radio broadcasting.

Matt Ward was born in Chicago on November 23 1987, Matt has three sisters and one brother. Matt grew up in the bucktown-wicker park neighborhood, Matt found a passion for sports at the age of five when he could announce the Chicago bulls starting lineup like ray clay. Matt also found his passion for Professional Wrestling, when he grew up rooting for wrestlers like Hulk Hogan, The Ultimate Warrior, Macho Man Randy Savage just to name a few of the wrestlers that he liked as a kid.

Matt hopes that he could find a perfect fit on the radio, because he loves talking sports. He has more passion for sports and wrestling then he does news and politics. Matt hopes that one day he could be working for ESPN 1000. One thing people don’t know about Matt is that he loves listening to country music, he would also like to work for 95.5 BIG FM after growing up in Chicago only listening to US 99.
